India Cements Ltd has announced the following unaudited results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2007:The results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2007 The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 1398.10 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 270.30 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. Total Income (net of excise) has increased from Rs 4245.60 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 to Rs 5779.40 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007.The results for the Year ended March 31, 2007 The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 4495.00 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 453.10 million for the year ended March 31, 2006. Total Income (net of excise) has increased from Rs 15490.00 million for the year ended March 31, 2006 to Rs 20599.00 million for the year ended March 31, 2007.
