Yoshi Kato was only credited as a side actor.
He only appears for about thirty minutes with just two lines, which were 'yes, sir' and 'I don't know this man'.

However, many people believe that  this movie is his.
This is one of the best Japanese movie in the history, which nobody can see without tears.

The original novel was a murder mystery, but this movie made far more than that.

A friend of my daughter from her daycare came to visit today.
My daughter is almost four,and her friend has just turned four.

Now, they are preparing dinner for us.
They are cooking curry and rice (not too spicy) , a typical kid's choice in Japan.


Potatoes and carrots were too hard to cut with their 'safe' steak-knives,
so I made some pre-cut lines for them to follow.


But they yelled at me saying 'Don't baby us!'

At nine PM, we laid two sets of futon and lay down together on the living room floor.
Would this excited kids go to sleep? No!

They ran around, made noises and jumped on me ...so I ran away.
Two hours later when I came back from shower, I saw them finally sleeping somewhere else.

I have been back in Japan for almost five years. Time flies!

Many friends from my California days asks me 'Are you still singing?'
but unfortunately the answer is no.

I became more interested in perfecting my voice and improvisational skills rather than making public appearances -- Well, this is an official announcement.

the reality was that I became too busy with my three years old boss and I put another 10 pounds on me. Ha, ha!

Seriously, the entertainment industry in Japan is mostly dominated by younger people,
and I am afraid few people would be interested in seeing a rookey in her fourties.

(This is true in any industry here, and that is the reason why I cannot find any other job either).

So, now I am trying to develop my musicianship and to get rid of my exessive fat.
